US is a developed country, what do you used in terms of planning a programs or projects?is it a top down or bottom up approach?what do you think is the best approach for the developing countries like the Philippines in achieving development?

congrats on your latest win against coca cola! :D

i wasn't able to watch it so i don't know if the other team used zone press on your team. but i do hope your team can handle that kind of offense now so that you're prepared for both man-to-man and zone press situations.

i hope your latest victory will just be one of the many and successive (i hope!) victories that will land you in the fiba game and hopefully, hopefully, in the olympics. as long as you never lose sight of the goal, learn from your mistakes, and you keep working hard and giving your best, i'm sure getting the olympic gold will not be an impossible feat. ;)

go team pilipinas! God bless! magis! :)

p.s. btw, my answer to your latest poll: i would ask Mrs. Clinton her opinion on concrete ways on how women in third world countries can be a better driving force in helping their nations' economies improve. i don't know if this is related to her position as secretary of state, but knowing her to be a strong and smart woman (it especially takes a strong and smart woman to make her voice heard in the field of politics!), i would like to know her opinion.

hi chris...

if i'd rather a chance, i would ask her on what political leaders/businessmen/youth leaders play in addressing climate change and how does it contribute them...

i think that it would be a possible question for her... :)

take care chris and have a great day!!! :)

I would ask her if she would consider running again to become the first woman president of the United States and if so, what could she have done differently from Pres. Obama?

Ming-ming said...

I'm thinking of something different to ask;not the usual questions about politics or economy, etc. This one might be silly question to some, haha :) but somehow makes sense. And here it goes: "Why is it so hard to get in to your country? "

Talking about CHANGE... as a hot topic... In an american "pointe de vista", being the present Secretary of State of USA, and being the wife of a former president of your land, how has the PHILIPPINES CHANGED from the year of Mr. Clinton's incumbency to the present?

hi chris..

This is my question for her: We all know that U.S. is a first world country and Philippines only end up to the 3rd world. You (Clinton) already had an experienced, with your husband (Bill), governing a country, what can you advise to those who are seeking positions in 2010 in order to make the Philippines go out of poverty and make it as prosperous as U.S. does?

Hello!
My question would be:
How can we promote a good education to the youth?
Are they willing to give scholarship grant to Filipinos to study in the US?

Are you well?
The last I heard about you is that you are injured.

Simple question that nobody seems to want to ask: After all the things your husband did behind your back (both the ones he was caught with and the stuff he got away with), why do you still stay in that relationship?

Hi Chris!

I wonder what are the questions for?

Well, I must ask 3 questions for the benefit of the Filipino citizens:

"Since you've been a first lady of America, you might have a knowledge about politics and as now, you are the U.S. Secretary, what firm advices could you give to the next president of the Philippines to have a good leadership for the country?"

"If you are given the chance to be a leader of one democratic country, what would it be? And why?"

"Did you ever attempt to run for presidency?

Thanks Chris :))

I don't know what to ask her. BUt while I was reading the other comments this question popped up in my mind.

Here it is:

USA is a developed country though it had experienced crisis several times. What plans did you had to surpass all the economic problems that you have faced? Do you think these plans can also help the Philippines?

Eep! are you going to meet her in person? I so want to meet her, too!! Even if it is only to shake her hand or something.

Well, I'd ask her how she stays such a strong woman despite all the controversies and criticisms and adversities she's encountered through out her career.

wow. hilary clinton! woot woot!!

Hi Chris!

I saw your tweet and I thought what the hey lemme give a suggestion. If I were to ask Hillary Clinton a question...and this is quite relevant right now...it would be:

"Seeing the great impact of the recent typhoons in our country (the Philippines) and the upcoming Copenhagen Conference on Climate Change (COP15) this December, what is your stand on the fight against climate change?"

Thanks and more power!

hello Mr.tiu...

>ok.ok.my questions runs this way:

>Good day. Mrs. Clinton, you're known to be a consistently strong and perceptive woman in terms of either politics and common progress; if you were to be given the chance to hold the last say in the matter of either WITHDRAWING or letting the American troops in parts of the Middle East or Western Asia REMAIN there, considering the fact that eventhough the settling were of good terms, but facing the fact that the innocent, feeble and guiltless is vulnerable to violence, danger, exploitation and fear, what would your FINAL DECISION be??

HI CHRIS !

IF GIVING A CHANCE TO ASK MRS. CLINTON TWO QUESTION NOT ONE WOULD BE :

1. WHY CHOOSE PHIL. FOR VFA EXERCISE ? WHY NOT DO IT TO OTHER COUNTRIES LIKE AFGHANISTAN , LEBANON , IRAN OR IRAQ .

2. BETWEEN PHIL. & USA WHICH COUNTRY WILL BENEFIT IT MOST ?

Jefferson Masen said...

ahm... kuya chris, maybe my 1st question in mind for her is, "what will be the biggest contribution of the US in the issue of climate change?", which we all know that US is the most powerful country in the world.

thats it po siguro.....

Question: Mrs Clinton, I'm sure you are aware that we are preparing to elect a new President next year. (Well, hopefully new in the real sense of the word. [You can leave out this comment if you want.]) Partisan politics here are a bit more complicated because of the sheer number of parties and coalitions or mergers. In fact, a presidential candidate is going to try and prove that he can dispense with a party in aspiring for the highest office. In your opinion, how important are partisan politics and when should a party member draw the line between party and nation?

Q. In your lifetime, you have been fortunate to have witnessed historic events such as the end of the Cold War and the toppling of the Berlin Wall. What other significant world event do you think will be realistically resolved within the next 20 years?

Anyway, I would ask: Why here in the Philippines?

if you still get to read this comment..
i think it won't be a good idea to ask Sec. Clinton about the Visiting forces agreement. That is something that she would have to discuss with the president. questions regarding the VFA would all be asked to her over and over so you don't wanna be the nth person in the list.

I think a good issue to touch would be the environment and climate change. The country as we all know is greatly affected by such problems with the environment. I think you should ask her if the United States plans to coordinate with the Philippines to improve the environmental condition here.

I quite agree with what some political analysts say about her visit here that only the US benefits a lot from it. I think it's time that our country benefit something that's permanent or long-term at the very least from these agreements and connections with other countries.

And I can't help but notice the rallyists. It's quite embarassing, really. The nature of the intentions of the US for our country may be unknown to us all but they still deserve to be welcomed properly don't you think?
Rally for a welcome isn't a good way to represent ourselves to other countries. Freedom here has gone out of control.

anyway, i hope i'll be able to catch her at school tomorrow. I hope it's a vacant period for me when she comes to UST. I'm really excited to see her. I actually preferred Hilary Clinton over Obama.

Hope to see you too at UST haha.

Hello Chris,
I just saw your tweet, Wow you're very lucky... About the one question, given the chance I would ask her:
Being the U.S Secretary of State, what is the biggest challenge or issue that you faced so far? And if you were to ask our country's presidentiables, what question would you ask them? hehe la na ako maiisip. :p
Goodluck bukas Chris, kaya mo yan.
and also Goodluck to Smart Gilas. Sana 2nd win nyo na bukas. ^_^
God Bless.

i would like to ask her what usa can contribute to Philippines for the improvement of education..

but i doubt it!

she's going to visit here to strenghten the diplomatic relationship between usa & our country through expanding the visiting forces agreement and it kills me,my heart, for our fellow Filipinos..

Erine said...

hmmm... If you can meet her in person.. Whoa.. What a fortunate dude you are..
Anyway,, This is my question for her..

If given a chance to support a Presidential Candidate here in the Philippines, who will it be and why? Any advise you could give to him? (All presidentiables were men Right??)

Another one is....

If you could turn back the time, with the knowledge of what's happening now ( With the US, Phils., Etc..)and Obama not around during the elections.. What office could've you preferred to have? The President's office? or the Secretary of The state?

That's all...
