INFORMATION for Relief Operations

So many of our citizens are suffering and we CAN help. We SHOULD help in any way that we can, no matter how miniscule we think it is. You can donate extra food, clothes, medicines, slippers, blankets that you don't need at home. You can let others know of sites or centers that need relief / rescue. Most of all, PRAY!!

Here's a blog site that you can refer to for information: http://superbianca.blogspot.com/

Feel free to leave a comment in my blog or twitter (@chris_tiu) for more information you might want to share. Thanks!

God bless the Filipinos!

Chris

nakakalungkot talaga ang mga pangyayari. pero buti na lang may good news and that is gaya ng sinabi mo, may magagawa tayo.

i just came from my school(our lady of fatima university).nagvolunteer kami para makatulong sa mga community malapit sa school na sobrang affected din ng ondoy.
it' s sad to learn din that many of the staff and faculty members ng school ay victims din. most of them are from rizal kaya halos lahat din sa kanila washout yung mga bahay nila.i also have a classmate na wala daw talaga silang nasave sa mga gamit nila. at ang malungkot pa, he told us just today that he's going to stop studying na. sabi nya di daw nila alam how to start again. nakakapanghinayang kasi final period na. i'm sure marami pang mga ibang student and school personnel not just from our school ang nasa ganito din na sitwasyon. sana mabigyan din sila ng assitance para kahit papano matulungan sila na bumangon and magpatuloy sa buhay. sana wag nilang maisip na tumigil sa pagtuturo o kaya sa pag-aaral.let's all pray that God will comfort them and give them strength and hope, and of course let's pray na iincrease pa nila yung faith nila kay God.

thank tiu thank tiu!!!
God bless you more!!

"In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit. (Albert Schweitzer)"

Let us show the world that this is our shining moment as Filipinos, so let us share in helping all the victims of typhoon "Ondoy" (Ketsana) through giving relief goods, donations/pledges. Please help us...

Remember, PRAYER is the most important part in our lives. The main purpose is to reveal the presence of God equally present, all the time, in every condition. Always believe in the power of prayer...

Thanks for sharing your info, chris...

God bless you always... :)

you're such a great person. may God bless you always. tc :))

PS. you're blog is such a great help for me to get some important info .. i am an exchange student here in Kansas, so i am not so much aware about the latest news in pinas. thus, i thank you for this :)

chris,

i heard from the news that the victims of the typhoon need undergarments. maybe you could also ask hanford to donate or sell them in a cheaper price to gma kapuso foundation or abs-cbn sagip kapamilya...

i also saw in the news that lamoiyan has already donated also... thanks for that. people need toothpaste and toothbrush..

let us know what we can do to help. most of the people that i know wants to volunteer but are not able to since the work force has no holiday.

thanks and stay safe!

always,
erica
